Shipping Terms and ConditionsHow to achieve FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping is only available to Capital Cities and most Metro areas of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria inland and island areas of Qld, NSW and VIC, & ALL areas of WA, NT, and SA will be charged a shipping fee.

The following shipping rates will apply.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA $45 shipping per water pump
NORTHERN TERRITORY $40 shipping per water pump
SOUTH AUSTRALIA $30 shipping per water pump
TASMANIA $40 shipping per water pump

Processing your Order

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order.
Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to adhere to instructions as instructed.
If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.

Delivery is Monday to Friday unless the delivery company for some reason chooses to deliver on a weekend.

Tracking Orders

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
If your order has not arrived please contact us for the assistance of tracking at

Dispatch and Delivery

All of our products are shipped within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends) of receiving your cleared funds with an expected delivery to you after leaving our warehouse of 2-5 business days.
Remote areas, if deliveries are available to your postcode, may take longer.
We use the courier service that best services your area.
Please ensure your address is correct or there may be a delay or extra charge for resending your goods.
In the case where a signature is required for delivery, please ensure there will be someone to accept and sign for the order, otherwise a re-deliver fee may apply.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered.
If you have received an incorrect item. DO NOT OPEN - PREPARE TO RETURN IT IMMEDIATELY. CALL US ON 1300 001 707.

If after unwrapping, and looking the outer box, and you feel you have received an incorrect item, do not open it. 
We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition.
If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 7 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged and how.

( for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.) 

When will my order arrive ?

Once your order is placed, it will be forwarded to either our Brisbane or Melbourne Warehouse ( whichever is closer ) for processing.

The goods will be collected by one of our several and preferred national freight partners to deliver your order to your work premises or your home door inclusive..

In order to get your purchase to you in the quickest time possible, we use some of Australia’s largest and most trusted freight providers such as AUSTRALIA POST, StarTrack, TNT, Fastway Couriers.

Following as an estimate is a Graph showing based on history the expected delivery days / time to certain regions around Australia.

PLEASE remember this is ONLY an Estimate of proposed delivery times to your City, Suburb or Region.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available on selected products, for an additional cost. Please read our Express Shipping Guide for more details. 

Freight Protection – Insurance

If you ask and pay a small amount more Water Pumps AUS can provide extra protection via AUSTRALIA POST as Insurance in case your delivery is damaged in transit.

This includes express replacement cover, priority customer support and more.

Can I order an Out of Stock Product ? 

YES – it’s called a Pre-Order

Be one of the first to order an item, before it even arrives at either of our Brisbane or Melbourne warehouses !

If a Pump is displaying as " NIL STOCK or as a Pre-Order", it means we do not have immediate stock in our warehouses but it’s on its way !

Pre-order needs are more often than not against our greatest sellers. 

We plan as best we can and have a delivery pipeline at least 8-10 weeks ahead at all times, but sometimes there are unexpected delays.

If you would like an Estimated Time of Arrival of the out of stock item, feel free to contact us. 

How can I be notified when Out of Stock Products are available again ?

Unfortunately, sometimes we run out of stock for some of our extremely popular – GREAT BANG FOR BUCK Pump Deal items.
You can, however, sign up for a notification to know when the item is about to arrive.

You’ll be the first to know when the item is coming, and sometimes even have the chance to pre-order it.

To do so, click on the “Let me know” button and fill out the form, on the out-of-stock product page.

How do I track my order ?

Once our Warehouse Team has dispatched your order ( that is - it has been scanned onto the Delivery Truck and now in their Tracking and Delivery Process Transport system ) …

... we will send you an email or TXT where you will receive an ONBOARDING & dispatch confirmation from us and our Admin Team,

This email or TXT will contain the selected carrier’s name and your INDIVIDUAL TRACKING NUMBER that is for YOUR ORDER ONLY.

 You can literally follow the process and steps over night or the days until the Pump or parcel arrives at your chosen delivery address all on the chosen carrier’s website.

Sometimes, your TRACKING number may not activate until it has arrived and scanned at your local, regional or State transfer - delivery depot.

Often it is best practice to allow up to 24 hours for your individual tracking number to activate.

My order hasn't been delivered or has arrived damaged. What should I do?

We work hard to ensure that all items we sell are defect-free, but sometimes a mistake will slip by.
All care is taken from our end, to safely pack and dispatch your order to the courier company.
If mishaps occur, we take such matters very seriously. We will investigate the circumstances and will endeavour to find a satisfactory solution.
If your order arrives damaged, we will require you to take photo proof and email the photo/s of the affected product and a copy of your Delivery Slip to us at
